What are your lead times?
Estimated delivery is 4–6 weeks from when your order is placed. Placing an order with Par Taps Pty Ltd constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
Is your tapware WaterMark certified and lead-free compliant?
Yes. All Par Taps tapware is WaterMark certified and manufactured to meet Australian plumbing standards. Our applicable tapware complies with the current lead-free requirements of the Plumbing Code of Australia, with a maximum weighted-average lead content of 0.25%.
WaterMark certification provides assurance that our tapware has been independently assessed for safety, quality and performance, giving architects, designers and plumbing professionals confidence when specifying Par Taps for Australian projects.
Can you match a custom finish or make a non-standard size?
Yes. Our bespoke service gives architects the flexibility to tailor tapware to the requirements of their project. We can develop custom finishes to complement your material palette, manufacture non-standard dimensions, and customise details such as laser marking.
