Do you have a showroom to view your extensive ranges?

  • Yes. You are more than welcome to visit our showroom. We are open for viewing only Mon – Fri 9am till 4pm.  Please note we do not sell direct to the public.

 

Can I get my selected products in different finishes?

  • Yes. There is a custom finish guide in every pdf which represents what colour combinations are available. If you are after something different please contact our office and we will advise if it can be done.

How long do I have to wait for the custom finish?

  • There is a minimum of 30 working days in most of our custom finishes except for Tudor & Bell ranges which we usually have in most combinations.

Your product is not the correct length. Can you manufacture a custom size?

  • Absolutely.  The majority of our products are customisable within reason.  A rough drawing of your requirements needs to be submitted so we can evaluate and quote through one of our retailers.

 

 My tiler has cut the hole to big and the back flange does not cover the cutout?

  • Don’t worry, Par Taps has a variety of trouble flanges to cover the unsightly hole.

Which way should the ceramic disc lever taps turn?

  • We advise our ceramic disc lever to be installed so the cold tap turn anti clockwise and the hot tap turns clockwise.  By using this method is provides for a safer environment for children to avoid scalding themselves in the shower or bath.

 

My breech is too deep in the wall. Can I get extended spindles?

  • Yes. We can supply you custom size spindles for your application by providing us with the following dimensions.
  • *Please measure the distance from the face of the wall breach to the face of the finished tile (AA) indicated in the diagram below.

I require a spare part. How can I arrange this?

We carry all spare parts for all our products.  Contact our office and one of our staff will assist with your requirements.
